    Gene Daszkewicz | Director

    Our founding director began the journey that would become Shine On Support Services in 2017.

    From a small one woman show in the garage to a team of 50 plus caring, amazing and professional support workers and administrators today.

    Gene has never waivered from her belief that everyone deserves to shine and has championed continuously for all those in need of supports or needing their voice to be heard.

    In the complex and ever changing NDIS system, Gene strives to deliver individual, effective, safe and caring services that ensure sustainability and longevity, with a continual focus on evolving, adapting and networking with like minded providers.
